Michael Resavy

I am a real estate professional serving clients in the Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill NC market. My client’s needs are always at the forefront of all I do. It is my goal to know my clients, understand their needs, and then far exceed all their expectations.

I was born and raised in Upstate NY and graduated from Siena College where I majored in Biology and played Division I men’s soccer. I lived in Syracuse NY for 12 years before moving to Raleigh NC in 2007. My wife and I have three children and two golden retrievers. Before transitioning to real estate, I had a very successful 24-year career working in pharmaceutical sales and leadership where I learned many valuable business and professional skill sets. Having led sales teams for 13 years I learned how to effectively communicate and positively influence others. I take pride in paying attention to the details and providing my clients with a consistent and high level of communication. My corporate America career provided me with extensive experience in data analytics. I use these skills to help guide my clients with pricing homes for listings and making offers when buying homes. I hold myself to the highest standards with everything I do.

I am both a listing agent and buyer’s agent and welcome all types of clients. I have experience with first-time home buyers, luxury homes, new construction, as well as working with senior clients.

I look forward to having the opportunity to earn your business or someone you know! As always, "Have a fantastic day!"
